The Top 10 Greatest Dua Lipa Collaborations

Back in August, Dua Lipa created quite the buzz when she dropped her remix album, "Club Future Nostalgia". It featured a string of star-studded collaborators from the likes of Madonna, Missy Elliott, Mark Ronson, Gwen Stefani and more. And now, it looks like Dua's gearing up to make yet another explosive landing.

The young star just recruited the buzzing rapper, DaBaby, for yet another remixed version of her track, 'Levitating'. So, in light of this exciting new announcement, we figured we'd look back on some of Dua's greatest collaborations over the years. The star's worked with an array of talented artists, all dabbling with a wide spectrum of styles and yet time and again - Dua has proven her ability to gel with them with an enviable ease. So, without further ado, here's a taste of some fantastic teamwork.

1. We figured we'd kick things off with Dua's first 'Levitating' remix which featured Madonna and Missy Elliott. Gushing about the process, Dua said, "I was just talking with my manager and I was like, "You know who would sound really good on this? Madonna." She responded and she was so down. I was over the moon. I couldn't believe that she wanted to do this record with me. I'm such a fan."

2. In July, Dua tied up with J Balvin, Bad Bunny and Tainy for a reggaeton song, 'Un Dia (One Day)', which also arrived with its very own stunning black and white, art film-like visualizer.

3. Long before "Club Future Nostalgia" was born, Dua Lipa connected with MAMAMOO's Hwa Sa for a remixed version of her track, 'Physical'. Speaking of her tie up with this buzzing Kpop star, Dua said, "I love this girl & her energy. I'm so grateful we got to come together on this being on opposite sides of the world."

4. Speaking of huge kpop acts, Dua also joined forced with BLACKPINK for her track, 'Kiss and Make Up'. The tune gained wide critical acclaim, as it was even labeled an, "excellently crafted electro-pop throbber".

5. Dua worked alongside Calvin Harris for one of her biggest tracks to date, 'One Kiss'. The song spent eight weeks atop the UK Singles Chart, and has since been certified triple and double platinum in the United Kingdom and United States.

6. The young star tied up with the British-American music duo, Silk City for the track, 'Electricity'. Interestingly enough, the music video for this tune is set during the Northeast blackout of 2003, opening with home-video style footage from the time.

7. Dua has also worked with the prolific Andrea Bocelli. The latter heaped praises on Dua when he exclaimed, "The voice of this very young British singer is unique, recognizable, expressive and as brilliant as her interpretative intelligence, which was clear from the very moment we started working together".

8. The star also hopped on board a remix of Brockhampton's Hot 100 hit, 'Sugar', once again proving her ability to whip up magic with a starkly different musician.

9. Dua also worked with Martin Garrix on the track, 'Scared To Be Lonely' which also got treated to an extremely cinematic visualizer.

10. And finally, Miley Cyrus recently revealed that Dua was set to feature on a track for her upcoming album, "She Is Miley Cyrus". And boy, we're not even mildly prepared for this one.

Martin Garrix and Zedd Are Upto Something In Secret

The world of EDM has been set ablaze by some fantastic news! So, here’s what’s going on, the dance music legends, Martin Garrix and Zedd are finally teaming up for a new track! One might wonder why they haven’t collaborated before, considering that the duo have talked about this for the past 7 years and it looks like this dream is finally coming true!

They both rose to fame in the 2010s and since then, have managed to dominate charts world over with songs like, ‘Virus’, ‘Animals’, ‘Clarity’, ‘Happy Now’ and a bunch of other peppy tracks!

Garrix recently opened up about their friendship and their approach to music, "We’ve sent all these ideas back and forth, but then when we’re together we always end up just partying or chilling or exploring the city that we’re in. I just sent him an idea, I think 4 weeks ago. It’s a crazy, very weird different chord progression, but because it's so weird and different, he was like 'man, I love this, send me this.'"

It looks like they’ve both settled on something and you know what that means, we’ll probably stumble upon a new song very soon!

Zedd did promise us some new music after a five year long hiatus and he’s stuck to it, because the artist rang in the new year with a remixed package of his track, ‘Good Thing’ featuring Kehlani. But, we’re still waiting for that brand new album to drop. But before that, if we do get to see the track the duo are collaborating on, it will also mark Garrix’s first release of 2020!

Martin has hinted at potentially premiering the collaboration at the Ultra Music Festival or Tomorrowland, but we’ll just have to wait and see how all of this unfolds!
